Today finally!like FINALLY!

i passed my napha test

yep all 6 stations

its a miracle i told ya.

although my timing for that 2.4km run may sound sucky or pathetic..or whatever...

i don't care.that's the standard i set for myself not people set for me

i live my live and live how i want it to be

I set goals with reasonable expectation.

Back in my secondary school days

some friends just set wayy to high expection for themselves

Sometimes i just can't understand them.

They would cry if they got B for some bloody idiotic test.which people said it was difficult.

complain n complain....till i cannot tahan.

speaking of which i had block ears

i'm half deaf n i think because of the flu

tomorrow will be running again

this time 'Run for a cause' since we'll be commemorating Total defence day

Whatever the cause is i just gonna stroll or jog
